Dr. Richard Dominguez Memorial Scholarship

The Dr. Richard Dominguez Memorial Scholarship is an undergraduate scholarship available to a college or high school student athletic trainer who is currently enrolled or has been accepted into an Athletic Training Educational Program as an undergraduate. One $1000 scholarship is available annually.

Application Guidelines:

1. The applicant must be a full-time student and student athletic trainer at the time of application, and must plan on working as a full-time student athletic trainer for the semester that this scholarship is used. Scholarship checks will be issued to the attending school, upon proof of full-time enrollment for the fall semester after the scholarship is granted.
2. The applicant must be a full-time student enrolled in an athletic training curriculum leading to a Bachelor’s degree.

4. Three letters of recommendation are required
5. Please send an official scholarship for GPA verification
