YPC Region Representatives

Region 1-Alyssa Anderson

Alyssa became the IATA YPC Region 1 Representative in fall 2016. She is a proud alumna of North Park University. After graduating in 2012, she became the athletic trainer at Warren Local High School in Vincent, Ohio while completing the post-professional MSAT program at Ohio University. She returned to her alma mater in 2014 where she currently serves as an assistant professor and clinical education coordinator for North Park's athletic training program. She also provides athletic training services for the Vikings softball team. In her free time Alyssa enjoys hiking, biking and baking.

Region 2-Taylor Caldwell

Taylor Caldwell serves as the IATA Region 2 YPC representative. This is her first year in this post. Taylor earned her bachelor's degree in Athletic Training from Lewis University in 2015. She completed her internship her senior year at Hinsdale Orthopedics with Dr. Hurbanek, and was hired on after graduation as an Athletic Trainer in the physician setting in 2015. She has currently been in this position for one year working in the Joliet and New Lenox offices. She is currently attending Lewis University for her Master's in Business Administration with an emphasis in Healthcare Management, and is expected to graduate in May 2017. She currently resides in Joliet, IL.

Region 3-Andrew Brubaker

Andrew Brubaker is in his first year serving as the IATA Region 3 YPC Representative. Andrew is an Illinois licensed athletic trainer and EMT-Basic. He is currently employed at Illinois State University as an Assistant Athletic Trainer with Redbird Football. He completed his Bachelor of Science degree in athletic training from Eastern Kentucky University and his Master of Science degree from Illinois State University while serving as a Graduate Assistant Athletic Trainer at Illinois Wesleyan University. Andrew currently resides in Bloomington, IL.

Region 4-Bill Netzhammer

Bill Netzhammer is entering his second year as a full-time Assistant Athletic Trainer,serving as the Head Football AT for the Lindenwood University- Belleville athletic training staff.

After receiving his Bachelor of Science degree in athletic training from McKendree University, Netzhammer continued on to pursue a Masters of Science degree in Healthcare Administration at Lindenwood University-Belleville. While obtaining his Master’s degree, Netzhammer served as a Graduate Assistant Athletic Trainer for the Lindenwood Lynx football program, men’s basketball program, and softball program, while assisting as a clinical preceptor and teaching assistant for the undergraduate athletic training program.

Netzhammer has not only worked with collegiate athletes but also spent a semester as the O’Fallon Township High school athletic trainer and has volunteered with Special Olympics.
