Holly obtained her certification as an Athletic Trainer in 1994 from the National Athletic Trainers Association and is licensed in the State of Illinois. Subsequently, she obtained certification from the National Strength and Conditioning Association as a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist in 2005.
She earned her Bachelor of Science degree from Northern Illinois University, and her Master of Science degree from Illinois State University. Holly has a commanding experience in physician extending and in rehabilitation of injuries. She has excelled in rehabilitation in the clinical setting, in addition to the secondary school and collegiate levels. In the collegiate setting she also has pedagogical experience. Holly currently works as a clinical manager at Romano Orthopedics.
Holly is also an active member of the NATA, GLATA, and the IATA. Her past experience with the GLATA includes being a committee member on the Research Assistance Committee. Currently, she serves as a committee member on the GLATA Council on Practice Advancement.
Throughout her career Holly has worked with athletes in youth sports, high school sports, college athletics, senior division athletes, and physically active people of all ages and abilities. She has helped them to return to their prior level of function through rehabilitative work and assisting in clinical medical processes.
