The mission of the IATA is to improve the quality of healthcare in the State of Illinois through the advancement, promotion, and improvement of the athletic training profession for practicing Athletic Trainers in all settings, and to be proactive in creating effective partnerships in our communities, as well as among those interested in athletic training as a career. In addition, IATA provides a means for a free exchange of ideas for the Illinois athletic training field.
All IATA members are invited to attend the 2020 IATA virtual business meeting, to be held immediately following the GLATA business meeting. The GLATA meeting will take place on Wednesday, July 15, 2020 at 5:30pm CST. We estimate that our business meeting will begin around 6:30pm to 7pm CST. As the GLATA business meeting wraps up, please check our social media channels and website for notification of the beginning of our meeting. While these events are taking place during the virtual NATA convention, you do not need to be registered for the convention to attend either the GLATA or IATA meetings.
GLATA members should have received an invitation to their meeting from President Michael Moll. If you have not yet received this, please contact him at MKM@athletics.wisc.edu. You must RSVP to attend this meeting, as it is limited to GLATA members.
The IATA meeting is also limited to members only at this time. If you did not receive an invitation with the link via email, please contact Communications Director Andrea Kovalsky at email@example.com. You do not need to register to attend this meeting.
