The goals of the Governmental Affairs Committee are to oversee and coordinate activities relative to legislation and political action and develop a strategy for the associated activity. This committee is comprised of the Governmental Affairs Director (GAD), GAD-Elect or Past- GAD, President, President-Elect or Past President, Treasurer, Region Representatives, and two IATA members who do not serve on any other IATA Committees.
